Dear Keene college students

Dear Keene College Students ,

I write you this letter out of love and concern for you.

My Girlfriend and Me were walking into Keene for the pumpkin fest around 12:30 P.M., what i saw broke my heart.

 Girls half dressed , girls and guys carrying 24 packs wasted already, and then the riots , it made made feel so sad for you.

You can take as me judging harshly but i am not , i have been were you are and that is why i fee sad for you.

 The reason i feel sad for you is that i get why you guys living like this right now because have the mindset that you are young and  i am invincible .

You are not invincible,  this young & reckless mentality/lifestyle can and will  catch up to you.

An i can say that is because it caught up at one point in my life .

When my reckless lifestyle did catch up with me , i had choice keep living like i  been living and end up dead or give my life to Jesus and  live in freedom .

I gave my life to Jesus and i have been sober for five years.

 I can't tell you what to do but i ask that you look at your life right an ask i am i living up to my full potential ? 

I also would  ask that you would  to ask yourself ,  Who is Jesus ?

2014 has been a emotional  and mentally draining year for me , so today i need to to vent and  release the some the sadness and pain inside me .
I know some people are going to say this is not the place for this but i need to do this so i can get better.
So i warning you now , read at own risk  ( some strong language) 

So what i have been dealing with this year is what happen to me at the age of five .

At five years old i was molested  by a family member for a whole year .

Until i was   13 i thought happen to me was normal , when i realized that i had been molested , it turned my world upside down.

I went through counseling but it has never helped me   , so drugs , alcohol  , and cutting myself  were my way of dealing with the pain and the haunting memories .

I have been sober for five years by the grace of God and  i have not cut in 6 months .

Lately  i have been having nightmares of being molested  almost every night , i have only had one night without a nightmare .

 I have this deep sadness that i can't escape from , i want to cry but nothing comes out .

I pray to God every day for relief from this pain but i am not sure if he hears me anymore .

I just want to be done with this pain , i don't deal with this shit anymore !!!!!!!!!

When i look in the mirror i see  a broken man  that just wants to be happy.

I need to deal with this because  1.  for me , i just need to be done with this  and 2. i have a girlfriend  , i plan  on marrying and need to get better for her .

So in closing , i hope i have not offended   anyone , i just needed to vent .

One of the most important things for me as Christian is to share The Gospel With lost .

For some reason today Christan's have forgotten that we are suppose to have love  for lost.

I  notice we as Christians have been more condemning of the lost  then loving on them.

I have done this myself ,  I get so passionate about The Gospel  here on my blog that i forget to love on the people i am trying to reach .

When I share The Gospel with someone I want to be able to build a connection with  that person ,  i can't do that  if shoving condemnation and fear down there throats.

I think one of the groups   we as Christians  have slacked  on reaching is Gay community.

Now do i agree with their lifestyle choice or gay marriage ? no.

Guess what ? Jesus loves gay people !!!!!!!

Does love their sin ? No!   But  he loves them , Jesus Love everyone !

We need to realize that  Gay People need Jesus too , we need to reach them!

In closing, we need to reach the lost with love not condemnation!
