GRACE IS NOT UNCONDITIONAL By Brian Luke Leeman

This next statement  might offend but I am only speaking the truth of the Gospel .

GRACE IS NOT UNCONDITIONAL  !!!!

I think today's Christians are confuse God's Grace and God's love for us .

1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 New International Version (NIV)

 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

But with Grace their is conditions:  

Matthew 4:17New International Version (NIV)

17 From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”

John 3:5New International Version (NIV)

5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 10:21 New International Version (NIV)

21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord’s table and the table of demons.

There are people who believe that Grace means once i  give life To God , i can do what i want , This is not true at all!!

2 Corinthians 12:9New International Version (NIV)

9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me

When you give your life to God .  the understanding you should come to is that i don't need to sin no more.  Not saying you wont make mistakes but when you constantly do the sin over and over , that is not mistkae, that is habitual sin and shows you are not truly repetitive of you sins.

God's Grace should be enough were do not want to be the old person we used to be .

The main point i am making  is  : Grace is not something you play with.

I leave you with this thought:  God gives us Grace even though we don't deserve it , so why would mistreat God's Grace ?
