The old man after war  married a beautiful young woman name Amy Jo William's , had two handsome boys and worked at a shoe factory.

Now at at 96,  with his wife gone and boys grown up, he lives alone but the neighbor kids have him company, they came by every day to hear his stories .

Old man man knowing that he didn't have much time left in this world , want's to leave the the neighbor   kid's with some life lessons.

So it was the time of day were the neighbor  kid's came to his porch to hear some stories from the Old Man , but Old Man said no stories today kid's but I want to tell you kid's about some  five tips that have helped live this life .

The first tip he gave was ,  Respect your elders even though you might not agree with the.
Old man said  you kid's are young , learn what you can from elders while they are still here.
Old man said this is what my father told me when I was your age , " Only fool will reject the wisdom of his elders!".

The second tip Old Man gave was,  Respect the Men and Women who thought for this country and fought for your freedoms you love.
The Old man also  added , If you ever want to learn respect for life , join the the Army.

The third tip he gave was,  Don't waste Life on what if's, always move forward !
He also added that , your past should stay your past.

The fourth tip he gave was , respect your parents, there the only parents you have!
He also added ,  Tell your mom and dad that you love them every day.
An the fifth tip he gave was the most important he could give , Give your to Jesus, he has brought  me through the bad times and blessed during the good times.

The neighbor kid's left and the old man hoped they were listening to his words.

Old man died the the next day, all the Neighbor kids came to his funeral left notes of thanks at his grave .
